Your role as a customer relations executive will be to provide world-class customer experience by promptly resolving client queries with regards to the purchase as well as after-sales support pertaining to maintenance & repair, documentation and liaisoning with government departments.

Qualification: Graduates in any discipline with 2 Year experience.

MARKETING AND SALES

Qualification: Graduates in any discipline with 2-year experience. (MBA in marketing preferred).

ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE

Your role as an Accounts Executive at Poetree Homes will be keeping and interpreting financial records of the company. You will be responsible for various tasks such as creating financial reports, book-keeping, handling tax-return/ GST/IT as well as complex matters such as Cost Accounting and Budgeting.

Qualification: BCom/MCom with 3 Years’ experience. (MBA in finance preferred).

TECHNICAL: ENGINEERS AND ARCHITECTS

We believe that Engineers, architects and draughtsmen are the core professionals who plan, design, conceptualize and develop the property from the scratch. A keen appetite for quality and seamless delivery of various construction process by pooling in various resources at your disposal is what we expect from our team.

Your role as an engineer will include multiple responsibilities such as overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities at the site, preparing estimates & BOQs and efficient use of construction materials and supplies, Communicating with Architects and other Stake Holders.

Qualification: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 Years’ experience.

OPERATIONS

Our operations department deals with the various functions related to production management

We are looking for Operations Executives who are dynamic and like challenging work assignments who are passionate about analysing Data and bringing in efficient work processes and making them a reality. Your role will primarily focus on creating efficient systems, processes and applications for smooth functioning of operations.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with minimum 5 Years experience. (MBA preferred)

LEGAL: LAND ACQUISITOIN AND PERMISSIONS

Our legal team works closely with various government institutions such as panchayats, municipal councils, PWD, and other autonomous institutions and bodies to resolve critical issues such as land acquisition, NOCs, permissions and other legal requirements.

We are looking for legal advisors who are well-versed with laws related to land acquisition and documentation pertaining to various permissions and licenses.

Qualification: LLB from a reputed Law School with 10 Years of experience.
